I've been on Social Security about 3 years. I'm disabled from a car
wreck dealing with lower back disc damage. I have a family of 4, and I
take care of 2 children outside of my family. I can't afford to go to
the doctors, nor pay all of my bills and take care of my family. I've
been going to every different place that gives help to low income
families but either I'm turned away or they don't have the funds to
help me and I really do need the help. I can't find a job cause of my
back. Every program Social Security has, I have applied for and been
turned down for some reason or another.

I need help with
personal and medical expenses. I do receive Social Security, but the
state of Alabama doesn't pay enough nor does the medicaid takes care of
some doctor visits. Three hundred dollars a month isn't enough for
anyone to live on especially if a family's involved. A bank is trying
to take my home since I'm not able to pay them all the money that's
owed to them. I need all the help I can get, and thank you for taking
the time out to read this email.
